reserving a site at Deer Haven Campground and Cabins. Please fill
out this brief form and we will contact you in regard to your
request. This
form does not guarantee a reservation.
To make a formal reservation, please call 607-433-9654.
50% deposit required within 7 days
of making your reservation. The
balance is due at check-in.
Deposits are refundable if
cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is made less than 60
days of arrival date, no refund will be issued unless the reserved cabin
is re-rented and paid for in full for the cancelled date. In all cases, a
$50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations.
For
the cabin rentals, a Credit Card security deposit of $100.00 required at
Check-In. Your credit card will not be charged if cabin and accessories
are left clean and undamaged.
Deposits
can be made by credit card or check.
There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Final payment may be
made by cash or credit card. Checks will not be accepted at check-in.
